3RD & 4TH PERSON OCCUPANCY
20 % discount for 3rd and 4th person in the same room

TOURIST TAX
Since 2014, the government charges a bed tax of 1.90 Euro per person (14+) and night.

SINGLE SUPPLEMENT
For single occupancy in a double room we charge a surcharge of € 30,00 per night.

BED AND BREAKFAST
€ 10.00 discount on daily rate.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
We kindly ask you to check out of your room by 11 a.m. and hope for your understanding that rooms usually cannot be checked into before 2 p.m.

DOGS
€ 15.00 per day not including food

CANCELLATIONS AND EARLY DEPARTURE
General EU norms for cancellations of hotel reservations apply. For cancellations up to 60 days prior to your stay no charges apply. From 60 days up to 14 days prior to your arrival, we charge 3 days’ worth. For cancellations with less than 14 days’ notice as well as early departures we charge 80% of the booked stay.
